    "On March 2, 2026 we had Tom from Central Florida Heating and Air Conditioning do our annual maintenance. During Tom's inspection he observed the coils were leaking. Tom explained that our system was 23 1/2 years old and it would be to expensive to repair. He told us there wouldn't be no guarantee it would last. We went over the options with Tom and we decided to replace the furnace with a Tempstar unit. Tom was nice enough to wave the service call. The next day March 3, 2026 Tom had his crew at my house at 8 a.m. working on replacing the furnace and heat pump. The gentlemen introduced themselves to my wife and me. The man in charge was Adam and helper was Chris. They completed the job around 11:30 a.m. Adam went over what we needed to do in regards to routine maintenance in changing filters and how to work the thermostat. They cleaned up the area and you would never know they were here. Very happy with their work."
