A ductless mini-split is a strong fit for spaces that don’t have existing ductwork and aren’t practical candidates for installing it. Room additions, garage conversions, sunrooms, and workshops are common examples. These systems also work well in rooms served by a central system that still run too hot or too cold, where the underlying issue is airflow imbalance rather than equipment failure.

Installation requires only a small pass-through, roughly 3 inches, for the refrigerant line set and electrical wiring. No new ductwork, no major construction. Most single-zone installations are completed in under a day. Multi-zone systems or jobs with custom mounting requirements generally take one to two days. Before we leave, we verify refrigerant levels, airflow, and controls to confirm everything is operating correctly.
